PAPERWORK, PAYMENT & PART-EXCHANGE.
Our sales teams will contact you and offer a virtual sales experience via telephone, live chat or video appointment. We will be able to go through your paperwork, payment and finance options and part exchange requirements whilst you stay at home.
We will try to complete as much paperwork as possible before your delivery, however plastic wallets will be used for any paperwork required to be signed upon receipt of your vehicle.

We will arrange the safe delivery of your vehicle at a time to suit you.
Used Cars - Driver Delivery
FREE delivery within 30 miles - Charges will apply in excess of 30 miles.
Over 30 miles - £1.50 per mile (Our driver will drive your vehicle to you.)
If you do have a part exchange for us to collect please thoroughly sanitise your vehicle on the day of delivery.
New and Used Cars - Transporter Delivery
£115 inc vat for delivery within 50 miles
£115 inc vat + £1.45 per mile over 50 miles
YOUR SAFE HOME DELIVERY
The safety of our staff and customers is our no 1 priority. We take this very seriously and our drivers have been trained to adhere to our safety measures in line with the latest government guidance.
Our drivers will always carry hand sanitiser to ensure total cleanliness during the vehicle handover. They will fully sanitise their hands on arrival and ask you to do the same.
Our drivers will be wearing their face masks throughout the delivery process and always carry plenty of spares for our customers. Please wear your mask when taking delivery of your vehicle.
Social distancing is all part of the process to protect you. Wherever possible, our drivers will stay at least 2 meters away from you, even when demonstrating the great features of your new car.
Before your driver knocks on your door, they’ll thoroughly sanitise your car. Once you’ve had your demo and feel ready to try out your new wheels, your car will be treated to a final sanitise; we get into all the nooks and crannies to ensure your car is completely clean. Your keys will be sanitised and presented to you in a plastic wallet.
After your car’s first sanitise, your delivery driver will fit protective covers. The front seat, footwell, gear stick, handles and steering wheel are all protected. At the end of the handover the covers are removed before a final sanitise, leaving your new set of wheels clean and bacteria-free.
