RRG Toyota Celebrate Awards Success

RRG Toyota were delighted to be nominated in 3 categories at the Toyota BRIT "Best Retailer in Town" Awards held at the Renaissance Hotel in London on Wednesday 22nd February.

The Awards presented this year by broadcaster and comedian Patrick Kielty, recognise the top performers in a number of categories across the entire Toyota UK dealer network.

We are extremely proud to announce that RRG Toyota picked up 2 of the top prizes.

RRG Silsden Toyota picked up the Award for Best Customer Service with Sales Manager Ross Metcalfe who was in attendance on behalf of the centre commenting, "I'm delighted to be here to receive this award on behalf of the team at Toyota Silsden. We continually work hard to have a great relationship with our customers and it is satisfying to see this being rewarded by Toyota."

RRG Rochdale Toyota picking up the award for Toyota Trade Parts Performance

RRG Rochdale Toyota received the honours for Best Toyota Trade Parts performance with Centre Principal & CDA Manager Gavin Barry reflecting: "We were runner up in this category last year and it's so gratifying to see the hard work put in by our Aftersales Manager Daryl Thornhill and his team has seen them get over the line to pick up top spot this time around."

The RRG Group marketing team narrowly missed out on the top prize in the Best Group Marketing category coming in in 2nd place.

Group Marketing Manager Jonathan Royle was pleased to receive the recognition: "It's great to be here as it's the first time the Marketing team have received this kind of recognition from Toyota and is testament to the hard work and focus on delivering engaging activity from my team as a whole over the past year."
