The RRG Group are pleased to announce that the Aftersales Department at our RRG Mazda Stockport centre on Rooth Street in the town were recently achieved double awards success from Mazda UK, picking up both ‘Mazda Aftersales Customer Service Excellence 2017' and 'Outstanding Technical Excellence 2017' Awards.

The Aftersales Customer Service Excellence award is measured on the Aftersales results and outstanding customer service from every Mazda dealership across the country, is an incredible achievement for the team. Roy Dowding from Mazda UK head office presented a plaque for “Customer Service Excellence” which celebrates teams who represent the Mazda network to the very highest standards to Aftersales Manager Damian Stringer and the team at the dealership

The awards only came into existence in 2016 and the team were delighted to win the award for the second year with Damian Stringer praising his team "This is a fantastic achievement by all the team and great recognition for all the hard work & effort put in on a daily basis by everyone involved, we always try to deliver a fantastic customer experience at all times and are always striving to improve"

The team were also delighted to receive another award recently as they also achieved recognition for their technical excellence from Mazda UK

This award is for outstanding administration and communication with the manufacturer adhering to all Mazda UK warranty processes and procedures.
