The RRG Group celebrated a successful evening at the annual Toyota BRIT (Best Retailer in Town) Awards for 2019 picking up a hat-trick of awards and coming runner up in two other categories.
The automotive retailer group, which owns and operates 11 Toyota Centres across the northwest of England, won the award for Best Customer Service (RRG Rochdale) at the awards event hosted by Comedian and TV presenter Dara Ó Briain in London this week.
Securing a hat-trick of accolades on the night, the Salford-based operation also picked up the ‘Best CDA’ award for RRG Macclesfield and RRG Salford Quays and Best Finance (TFS) award for RRG Altrincham.
The Group’s strong performance was also recognised with runners up spots in two other categories:
Best Group (all centres combined KPIs)
Best Trade Parts RRG Bradford
The Group were also delighted to be nominated for more awards than any other group and to win more awards than any other group.
RRG Group Vice Chairman Arran Bangham was delighted to receive the recognition and congratulated the achievements of the centres: “I am very proud of all the effort that goes in across all our centres. Without the dedication, commitment and passion we wouldn't be winning such prestigious awards. Well done to all the winners and runners-up.”
