International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the achievements and contributions of women all over the world. It is a day to recognize the progress that has been made towards gender equality. At The RRG Group, we are proud to have a diverse team of employees, including many talented women who have made significant contributions to our company.
We have women operating successfully across all areas of the Business including important members of the marketing team, creative and strategic thinkers who have helped us to elevate our brand and connect with our customers in new and exciting ways and our IT and Systems and HR teams who help to keep everything running smoothly.
Many of the people you will speak to in our contact centre and Digital Response Teams are women handling hundreds of queries a day helping customers with their vehicle servicing and Sales enquiries.
We have a number of female Heads of Departments filling roles at Head Office including, Head of Digital Strategy & Transformation, Head of People and Development, Head of CRM and Customer Care, and Group Brand Development Manager.
In what has traditionally been seen as a male dominated industry, The RRG Group employ women in key roles across the Sales and Aftersales teams at the various franchises we represent including Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Mechanics, Service Advisors and Service/Aftersales Managers.
These are just a few examples of the many talented women who work at The RRG Group. We are proud to have such a diverse and talented team, and we believe that our commitment to gender equality has been a key factor in our success.
