The Peugeot 308 SW is the perfect choice if you are looking for an elegant family car with plenty of space for you and your passengers, as well as all your holiday luggage.
Recent editions of the 308 SW feature the Peugeot lion on the chrome-trimmed front grille, aluminium roof bars and, on many models, alloy wheels. Look out for additional touches of style, such as LED headlights and sequential indicators.
The interior is both stylish and practical. The 308 SW boasts the largest boot capacity in its class, with the generous 660 litres expanding to 1,775 litres with the rear seats lowered. In newer models you can expect to find air conditioning, one-touch electric windows and cruise control for driving comfort. DAB radio and Bluetooth are standard on recent editions. Higher trim editions may also feature dual-zone climate control, satnav, and automatic wipers and lights for additional ease and comfort.
Added extras on the GT Line edition include sports seats, a reversing camera, and 18-inch alloy wheels. On high spec models a panoramic glass sunroof lets the light flood in, and if the sunlight gets too bright, you can operate the electric roller blind at the touch of a button.
In newer editions you can get the 1.6-litre BlueHDi or the powerful 2.0-litre BlueHDi engines with six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.
