First launched in 2014, the Peugeot 108 has become a popular choice with people looking for a compact city car with style and efficiency.
Exterior styling features can include a “floating” grille finished in chrome, a rear spoiler and Peugeot’s signature claw print rear lights. The interior is designed to seat four and offers a comfortable ride for those onboard. The 108 gives you 196 litres of boot space, and most editions are fitted with 50:50 split-folding rear seats to increase the capacity for those trips when more luggage room is needed.
You can choose from a three-door or five-door version of the 108 depending on your needs. There are no diesel engines for the 108, but there are two petrol versions available: a 1.0-litre or a 1.2-litre PureTech engine. Most 108s are fitted with five-speed manual transmission, but the 1.0-litre edition is also available with a 2-Tronic automated manual gearbox. Models with stop/start technology enhance fuel economy, with the most efficient returning 74.3mpg and CO2 emissions can be as low as 88g/km.
Many models have air conditioning, reversing camera, and keyless ignition, all included to make your drive as hassle free as possible. In higher spec editions you may also find a touchscreen infotainment system, DAB radio, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, so you can always listen to your favourite music. If you want to feel the wind in your hair, look for the Roland Garros Top! cabriolet edition with a fabric roll-back roof panel.
