PEUGEOT wants to help those who have helped us, so we are pleased to confirm that the PEUGEOT PRIDE programme is now available to nominated customers including all NHS & Emergency Services employees, Qualified Teachers and PEUGEOT’s Key Partners.
The new Traveller brings you a highly practical, elegant eight-seater with comfort and style levels which outstrip its rivals in the large MPV sector.
The clean lines of the radiator grille are typical of the uncluttered, contemporary styling of the Peugeot Traveller. Distinctive angled lighting strips are trimmed with chrome, coordinating with chrome accents on the grille and the Peugeot brand lion. Xenon headlamps add both style and practicality to the design of the Traveller.
The Traveller is available in a choice of three lengths, compact, standard and long, so you can opt for the vehicle which best suits your needs. Whichever edition you choose, you will find there is plenty of space to seat eight.
The Traveller is the ideal vehicle for transporting a large number of passengers in comfort, whether they be valued clients or your precious offspring. The generous spacing and high roofline mean that all three rows of seats have plenty of head and legroom. Luxurious arm rests in the front make long journeys more enjoyable, while a head-up display fitted on higher trim levels means you can keep your eyes on the road even when you need to check essential driving data. The wide windscreen, combined with a high driving position, means that visibility is very good.
You are unlikely to be short of boot space, with 640 litres available even with all the seats in place. If you need more storage you can take the third row of seats out to expand the boot capacity to a huge 3,200 litres. For added convenience you can open the rear windscreen to access the boot when space outside is restricted.
Several diesel engines are available in the Peugeot Traveller, either 1.6-litre or 2.0-litre, with manual and automatic transmission available. The 1.6-litre 113bhp six-speed manual edition is the most fuel efficient, returning 55.3mpg, while the most powerful option is the 2.0-litre BlueHDi 178bhp engine.
Peugeot has been generous with the equipment levels in the Traveller, including a seven-inch touchscreen which gives you access to infotainment. Options such as 3D navigation are available at additional cost. The Traveller has been given five stars in the Euro NCAP safety tests. A wide range of extra features are available, including Automatic Switching Beam which adjusts your headlights when it detects an oncoming vehicle, Road Sign Reader technology and Active City Brake.
We have the Traveller on display in our Rochdale and Oldham dealerships, just waiting for you to come and try it out. Call us to book a test drive or just turn up and we will happily arrange for you to take the Traveller out for a run.
