Sales Manager

This is an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturers brand values.

Transaction Manager

The Transaction Manager, or sometimes called Business Manager, is the Sales Manager’s right-hand person. The role tends to sit between the Sales Team Member and Sales Manager role and offers the best of both worlds. Dealing with their own customers and diary whilst also supporting team management to ensure they meet group targets. ​

Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator, you are a key member of the team. Processing orders, completing pre-delivery related work and vehicle registration, you support the rest of the sales team and deliver a seamless buying experience for the customer. As an integral member of the sales department you will be confident to work independently being able to prioritise your own work load. It is the perfect position for someone with strong administration skills and an eye for detail.

Host

When a customer first walks into an RRG Group dealership, they are greeted by our Centre Host. Warm and welcoming, you will represent the RRG Group brand well and see to it that every customer is made to feel at home whether they are with us for the sales or service department. As the centre expert in retail excellence you will take pride in ensuring the showroom is kept immaculate whilst maintaining manufacturer standards. The Centre Host is a vital part in demonstrating the RRG Group aim of exceeding expectations..

Drivers

At The RRG Group, our Drivers support a number of different departments. Most of your time will be spent on the road so understanding a schedule and routes of the local areas is essential. When not loading the van, or driving customer vehicles our Drivers are speaking with customers checking they are happy, providing completion paperwork and even promoting additional products.
