Centre Principal / General Manager
Centre Principals and General Managers are the forefront of the The RRG Group brand representing us and the manufacturer in the local market area. Responsible for bringing the centre together, organising, leading and inspiring all departments to work simultaneously to deliver a result. We look for individuals that are all-rounders that have an aptitude for multitasking. Developing a strategy that aligns with the business objectives, profit margins and market penetration.

Aftersales Manager
From Service Managers to Parts Managers, our Aftersales Management Team work together to enable their teams to deliver complete customer satisfaction. Providing seamless aftersales care by ensuring every team member goes on the correct training courses and obtains expert knowledge to remain compliant.
We look for individuals that have a drive to exceed targets and deliver company objectives. To help achieve this, The RRG Group support our Managers with a Contact Centre Team who endeavour to fill our workshops and dedicated central team members that are on hand to assist when required.
Head Office Management Team
As a group, we believe that to be the best we need experts in selected fields to ensure we’re always market leading. Our Central Team Managers are all experts in their chosen areas from Finance, Marketing, HR, Recruitment and more. As a manager in our Central Services team communication is key. Liaising with the centres and key stakeholders on a regular basis, updating the group and developing our ongoing strategy.
