Aftersales Manager
For our Aftersales Managers customer engagement is at the forefront of everything they do, ensuring our customers are receiving the best service possible. They look after the day to day running of the aftersales department which includes service, the workshop and the parts department. Responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve target, increase profitability and exceed customer expectations.

Service Advisor
Our Service Advisors are the main contact between the customer and the technicians in the workshop. Organising scheduled services, MOTs and repairs whilst upselling additional products and providing resolutions to any tricky problems to keep our customers on the road and happy. It is all in a day’s work for our Service AdvisorsTechnicians
Technicians inspect, repair and maintain vehicles. Working in our industry leading workshops with some of the world’s biggest manufacturers and their products. You will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard, delivering a seamless service to our customers.

Parts Manager
Parts Managers focus on the selling of vehicle parts. Managing stock is incredibly important in the role, coping with the demand to provide the customers and the dealership with the right service and products.
If you can look at ways to maximise sales, know how to audit stock and have the capability to manage a variety of different customers then make sure you browse our live vacancies for available positions.
Parts Advisors
As a Parts Advisor you would support the Parts Manager in the day to day running of the Parts Department. Helping customers find anything from filters to fuel injectors you will be the expert when deciding what product is needed. Dealing directly with customers to fully understand what they require as well as maximising any sales opportunities where possible.

Drivers
At The RRG Group, our Drivers support a number of different departments. Most of your time will be spent on the road so understanding a schedule and routes of the local areas is essential. When not loading the van, or driving customer vehicles our Drivers are speaking with customers checking they are happy, providing completion paperwork and even promoting additional products.
