“RRG Group are passionate about supporting staff to progress in their careers; eventually, I want to be a master technician, and there are strategies in place to help me to achieve this.”
“I’d 100 per cent recommend an apprenticeship – it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.”
Stephen Perry, Group Recruitment Specialist for the RRG Group, also chatted to the students.
He said: “There are multiple Apprenticeship opportunities at the RRG Group beyond the workshop, so I enjoyed enlightening the students on the possible career paths they could pursue.”
