Skoda Rochdale Retailer of the Year Awards
In the first full year of trading, RRG Skoda Rochdale was awarded Most Improved Retailer at Skoda's Retailers of the Year Awards in 2014.
The Kingsway dealership folowed this up by picking up the Retailer of the Year Title in 2015 and 3rd place in the Retailer of The Year awards in 2016 along with the Service and Parts title.
Toyota’s ‘Ichiban’ European Customer Satisfaction Award winners
‘Ichiban’ is the Japanese word borrowed from ‘Okyakusama Ichiban’ which means ‘Customer First’, with ‘Ichiban’ meaning ‘first’ or ‘number one’. Since the beginning of the TME’s annual Ichiban Awards in 2007, Customer Satisfaction performance of the Toyota retailers has improved by some 24% points in Sales and 17% points in After Sales.

RRG Macclesfield Toyota scoop ‘Customer’ Award at Toyota’s National awards ceremony.
Toyota has rewarded its best-performing centres nationwide in its annual BRIT Awards, and RRG Toyota Macclesfield are celebrating taking one of the coveted titles. The ‘Customer’ award recognises that the Centre is officially the Best Centre in the Network for Customer Satisfaction, an incredible achievement for the whole team at the Hibel Road Dealership.
BRIT stands for Best Retailer in Town, reflecting Toyota President Akio Toyoda’s aspiration for retailers to focus on the importance of delivering the best service at a local level and recognises excellence in all areas of work across the retail network.
RRG’s Bolton centre was also acknowledged, taking Runner Up in the Finance Retention Award, another accolade that demonstrates the Group’s consistent focus on customer satisfaction and retentionLocal Peugeot Dealership, RRG Oldham, has been named one of the best in the UK, after being presented with the prestigious Guild of Gold Lion Award.
This award from Peugeot recognises excellent customer service and sales performance, and outstanding customer feedback.

After being open for less than 4 years, our Kia dealership in Bury has been awarded the coveted title of 'Dealer of the Year for Sales Excellence.' The award which was presented at the national Kia conference recognised excellence in customer service provided by the dealership,
