Unexpected events can happen, but Toyota Excess Protection is here to make life easier. We’ll reimburse up to £350 of your motor insurance excess, helping to reduce your out-of-pocket costs in case of accidental damage, theft, or total loss.
Eligibility
- Customers who purchase a new or used Toyota from an authorised dealership.
- Customers who complete a full/interim service at a Toyota Centre within 60 days before the policy starts.

How to claim yours
1. Pay your insurance excess when making a claim.
2. Toyota will reimburse up to £350 once the claim is settled.
Example: If your excess is £400, we’ll refund £350*.
- Call Toyota Accident Care first to manage your claim.
- We’ll recover your car, arrange repairs at a Toyota Approved Bodyshop, and ensure
you get back on the road quickly.
