Toyota demonstrated the lasting quality of its model range with multiple successes in the 2025 Auto Express Used Car Awards, announced today.
Yaris led the way, taking the Best Hybrid honour and being commended in the supermini class, while RAV4 and the Proace City compact van also earned commendations.
Paul Barker, Auto Express Editor, said: “Toyota’s reputation for building cars that are bullet-proof reliable, technologically advanced and backed by a great warranty served it well in our used car awards. The Yaris’s victory in the Best Hybrid category and its commendation in the Best Supermini class show how highly we rate the super-efficient small car with lots of passenger space.
“The RAV4 also being commended in the hybrid category illustrates the brand’s prowess in hybrid tech, while the Proace City showed that Toyota can offer great value vans as well as cars with a commendation in the van class.”
The best way to access these and all other pre-owned Toyota models is through the Toyota Approved Used programme, available both through Toyota centres and online here. All vehicles come with a minimum of a 12-month warranty and 12 months’ roadside assistance.
Furthermore, at the conclusion of the initial 12-month warranty, all vehicles are eligible for a further one-year/10,000-mile service-activated warranty, up to a limit of 10 years/100,000 miles, giving customers lasting peace of mind (terms and conditions apply – for details of roadside assistance visit here and warranty here).
