Toyota Professional models were to the fore in the 2025 What Van? Awards with the Land Cruiser Commercial taking the Editor’s Choice honour and Hilux being names Used Van of the Year.
Announced today, the awards demonstrate the breadth of quality across the Toyota Professional range, a line-up that covers a huge range of customer requirements. As well as providing payloads and volumes to suit different business needs, Toyota’s multipath technology approach also ensures a choice of powertrains – including all-electric and hybrid.
James Dallas, What Van? Editor, said:“With the launch this year of its new and much improved Land Cruiser Commercial, completed its LCV line-up, which is now the most comprehensive in the market.”
He praised the Land Cruiser Commercial for offering “superior comfort with serious off-road ability” and highlighted its key workhorse credentials, including a 3.5-tonne towing capacity and 2.0m3 load space.
As Toyota prepares to launch a new generation of its formidable Hilux in 2026, the pick-up was rewarded by What Van? for being an exceptional proposition on the used van market. Dallas commented:“Its legendary toughness and durability, together with its off-road prowess, make it an enduringly great choice for used vehicle buyers.”
