We would like to send a big congratulations to our Toyota division who followed up the success of our Lexus Bolton and Lexus Stockport sites with their own success at the Toyota National Awards last night.
Dubbed the BRIT Awards (Best Retailer in Town) RRG Toyota were placed in the top 2 of 8 of the award categories, securing victory in 3 of the categories with RRG Rochdale Toyota taking the Customer and Ichiban (Large) titles and RRG Bury Toyota securing the Ichiban (Medium) title.
Selected from over 2,500 Toyota retailers across Europe, Ichiban is Toyota’s highest recognition for excellence in customer service and business performance.
Commenting on the awards success, Gavin Barry, Head of Business at RRG Rochdale Toyota said:"Last night was one of those moments I’ll never forget. Jason, Hayley, Daryl, Vicki, Pete, and I had the honour of representing our incredible team at RRG Toyota Rochdale at the Toyota BRIT Awards in London, where we collected two incredible awards."
On the Customer award, Barry added: "Winning this for the third time, and back-to-back, is something truly special. It’s a testament to the effort we put into delivering an exceptional experience for every customer, every day."
Speaking about the night, RRG Group Vice Chairman, Arran Bangham added:"We enjoyed a great night at the Toyota Brit Awards last night, finishing in the top two for eight awards with a large contingent representing RRG Toyota from our Rochdale, Bury and Altrincham centres.
We were delighted to walk away with both Ichiban awards as well as the Customer award, a great achievement by everyone to be placed so highly across the network of 182 dealers."
