Kia UK is celebrating exceptional customer experience achievements across its nationwide dealer network, as Reputation confirms a record number of high‑performing retailers in its latest annual assessment.
For 2026, 14 Kia dealerships achieved Reputation Scores above 900, placing them among the highest‑rated automotive retailers in the UK. A further 110 Kia dealers including RRG Kia Bury scored above 800, meaning well over half of the entire Kia UK network has been formally recognised for excellence in customer service, review sentiment, social engagement, business listing accuracy, and more.
Reputation determines its 900 Award honourees by reviewing the Reputation Scores of every business location on its platform. Those that are honoured will have achieved a score of 900 or higher due to their focus on high customer satisfaction throughout the past year.
These results build on Kia UK’s strong performance highlighted in previous years, including its recognition as the top UK car brand in Reputation’s 2022 Automotive Reputation Report.

The Reputation Score is a proprietary tool that measures review sentiment, volume, spread, recency, response, and length, along with brand reach and health, social engagement, business listing accuracy and search impressions.
