Temporary Tele Sales Executive (outbound Customer Service/Sales role)

Description
The RRG Group requires a Temporary Tele Sales Executive (outbound Customer Service/Sales role) based at the RRG Peugeot Oldham dealership for approximately 5 months to cover maternity leave (July to 10th November 2010). Main duties include carrying out Service/MOT reminder calls and bookings to lapsed customers. Essentially, we are looking for a candidate who is target orientated, with the ability to build a rapport as well as provide a high level of customer service to each RRG customer. Successful candidates will be able to work well within a small team, be I.T literate and have an excellent telephone manner. The successful candidate will also have proven experience in a sales role as they will be required to up-sell products and services where possible.
Normal working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am through to 5.30pm with half an hour unpaid break for lunch. Alternate Saturday’s 8.30am through to 12.30pm will also be part of the normal working week.
