Receptionist

At the Accident Repair Centre, Pendlebury we are looking for a full-time Receptionist. The main duties include invoicing, typing estimates, liaising with branch managers/technicians, answering phone calls and general administration. Normal working hours are an average of 20 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9.00 am through to 1:00pm. However, the successful candidate is required to be flexible to cover holidays and weekends as and when required.

Tele Sales Executive (dual role Customer Services and Sales)

As a full member of the Centre team, the Parts Advisor co-ordinates all parts sales to make sure that customers and Technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them. Applicants should be interested in a career in the retail motor industry and with using the latest computer systems. They should also be willing to provide excellent service to our customers and be willing to study hard on one of the industry's most advanced Apprenticeship Schemes. Fully qualified you'll receive an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Parts Distribution and Supply and an IMI Technical Certificate. Successful applicants will have a minimum grade of A-C in Maths, English and Science at GCSE level of the equivalent they will also have basic I.T skills and show enthusiasm to build a long term and rewarding career within the Motor Industry. Rate of pay in conjunction with NMW for a Modern Apprenticeship throughout the two year apprenticeship.
 
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:30am through to 5:30pm and Saturdays as and when required 8:30 through to 12:30pm at overtime rate.
