If you are involved in an accident

In the event of an accident you have the right to demand that your car is taken to an approved Toyota repairer.

Your insurer may direct you to one of their approved repairers, which could invalidate your manufacturer’s warranty if non-genuine Toyota parts are fitted to your vehicle.

Asking for a Toyota approved repair centre will not compromise your insurance contract and will give you added piece of mind in the work carried out.
