Temporary Showroom Host
At RRG Toyota Altrincham we are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Showroom Host.
The successful applicant should have the ability to use their initiative and work well within a team.
Job Duties include:
- Welcomes visitors by meeting and greeting them
- Answering or referring inquiries and provide first class customer service at all times.
- Follow procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area, continually stocking up coffee and tea, making drinks for customers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Applicants must be able to provide an efficient customer service and have the confidence to communicate effectively with customers face to face. Professionalism is paramount for this role as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
- You must be able to maintain your own workload and prioritise your tasks independently.
- The successful person will be confident in meeting and greeting customers
- You should also be experienced in delivering excellent customer service
- You will be able to use your own initiative and identify tasks that require attention
Normal working hours of 30 per week Monday to Friday from 8.30am through to 2.30pm with no lunch break.
