An exciting opportunity has arisen at our new RRG Toyota Rochdale dealership for a Sales Administrator to our busy department.
Working within a small team the successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the car sales administration / processing, taxing of vehicles, liaising with the sales team and providing an efficient service to the branch.
You will also have key responsibilities for processing sales and purchase invoices. Allocation of cash and card payments, bank reconciliation, preparing internal and external payments, along with responding to all incoming queries
We are looking for candidates who are organised and possess the ability to work on their own, meet deadlines and use their own initiative. Previous experience in administration within the motor trade or the retail industry is essential in this fast-paced role.
