Purchase Ledger Maternity Cover

Based at RRG Peugeot Oldham

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 2.00pm (this may be flexible)

  • Register, code, post purchase ledger invoices onto system
  • Reviewing / Maintenance of purchase ledger accounts
  • Prepare BACS payment run
  • Inter-branch transfers using online banking process
  • Vehicle transfers – record/transfer of funds/e-mail branches
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Person Specification:
  • Essentially the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk candidate will have the following skills/qualities:
  • Organised
  • Excellent communicator
  • Administrative experience
  • I.T literate
  • Work towards meeting deadlines
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Eye for detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
