Administrator - RRG Swinton Fleet

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Fleet team based at RRG Swinton Fleet part of the highly successful RRG Group.

Working within a small team and reporting to the Fleet Manager, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the:

  • Fleet sales administration/processing for the fleet sales executives
  • Invoice statements and providing an efficient service to the team
  • Liaising with the fleet sales team and customers

This is a varied role, with an opportunity to progress with the team.

We are looking for candidates who are organised and possess the ability to work on their own, meet deadlines and use their own initiative.

The successful candidate must be confident, be able to use Excel and Word Packages and will have experience in a similar role, however not essential as full training will be provided.

Remuneration package includes:

Competitive annual salary - £10.00 per hour

Contributory Pension

24 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays increasing with length of service

Initial training and ongoing development

Hours are between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
