Skoda Showroom Host

At RRG Skoda Rochdale we are currently looking to recruit an Afternoon Showroom Host.

The successful applicant should have the ability to use their initiative and work well within a team.

Job Duties include:

• Welcomes visitors by meeting and greeting them,
• Answering or referring inquiries and provide first class customer service at all times.
• Follow procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area, continually stocking up coffee and tea, making drinks for customers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Applicants must be able to provide an efficient customer service and have the confidence to communicate effectively with customers face to face. Professionalism is paramount for this role as you will be Skoda's first point of contact for our customers.

Normal working hours of 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday- 8.30am through to 5.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
