We are looking for a customer relationship executive to facilitate our post sale customer care journey for one of our key automotive manufacturer partners. As part of this journey, you will contact our customers at regular intervals to help us retain our core customer base. In this role you will also work closely with our dealerships to carry out customer retention activity. You will also identify customers who have a higher propensity to renew, helping us achieve our OEM sales targets. You will deal directly with our customers by phone and email. To be successful as a customer relationship executive, you should demonstrate high levels of customer service, have excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. We are also looking for numerical aptitude. Full brand and product training will be provided.
