A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Contact Centre as a permanent Full-Time Contact Centre Advisor.
The role involves taking inbound bookings and service enquiries, contacting existing customers by telephone to arrange appointments and carrying out follow up calls to ensure our customers were happy with their visit.
We are looking for exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport over the phone. Basic I.T skills are also required. The role is working within a small team in an office based environment.
Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday between 8:30am and 7:00pm, Friday between 8.30am and 5:30pm with one hour for lunch and alternate Saturdays between 10:00am through to 2:00pm. Your weekly hours will be on a rota shift basis, overtime will be available subject to authorization from your Line Manager.
Part time hours also considered.
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential, full training and support will be provided to you.
