Main duties of the role will include booking customer’s cars in for service / MOT, co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries, up-selling and general administration tasks.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player.
Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
Normal working hours will be an average of 45 hours per week: Monday to Friday 8:00 am through to 6:00 pm with an hour unpaid break for lunch.
You will also be required to work alternate Saturdays (every other) 8:30am through to 1:00 pm which will be part of the normal working week
