Contact Centre Advisor

As one of our fantastic contact centre advisors based at our Salford office you will be a vital part of what RRG do.

Not only will you represent RRG Group to our customers and potential customers but you will help us to continue with the fantastic high standard of service we already provide!

You will be based at our head office in Salford where we can offer free parking within walking distance. Don’t drive? We are just minutes away from bus and rail links to all over the Greater Manchester area

Your Customer Relations Role

What you will be doing….

  • Brilliantly handling calls and chats for our customers and potential customers
  • Ensuring we are looking after our customers as efficiently and effectively as possible
  • Handling queries and requests for information from our customers
  • Carrying out outbound service follow up calls
  • Taking inbound service enquiries and bookings

What we need from you:

Confident telephone manner

Confident with computers

Team Player

Ability to use initiative to support our customers

Hours of work

37.5 hours per week between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Friday and one Saturday per month between 10am – 2pm
