Contact Centre Advisor
As one of our fantastic contact centre advisors based at our Salford office you will be a vital part of what RRG do.
Not only will you represent RRG Group to our customers and potential customers but you will help us to continue with the fantastic high standard of service we already provide!
You will be based at our head office in Salford where we can offer free parking within walking distance. Don’t drive? We are just minutes away from bus and rail links to all over the Greater Manchester area
As part of the role you will be contacting our customers to gain feedback from their experience with us and you will be also be handling inbound customer queries.

Confident telephone manner
Confident with computers
Ability to use initiative to support our customers
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week between 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 5.30pm Friday and alternate Saturdays between 9.00am – 2.00pm
Salary – £18,000 basic moving to £20,000 after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
