Assistant Transaction Manager

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact to the business with a proven track record. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day sales activities. You will manage and motivate the sales team at RRG Toyota Macclesfield with the ability to continue to drive the Sales Department forward and exceed customer expectations.

This is a junior management role and we are looking for applicants with a minimum of 3 years Car Sales experience to be based on the RRG Rochdale sales rota hours (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm). 1 in 3 weekends off and a regular day off during the week.

Key responsibilities would include:

• FCA compliance
• Signing finance documents
• Manufacturer Online Retail order ownership
• Localised Fleet and Car Benefit Solutions handovers
• Sales Management cover
• Non-targeted retail sales overflow

Package of (£20,000 start rising to £25,000 with RRG time served basic salary) and £14,000 P/A OTE bonus. 1st year OTE £34,000.
