Contact Centre Aftersales Consultant Inbound

As one of our fantastic contact centre advisors based at our Salford office you will be a vital part of what RRG do.

Not only will you represent RRG Group to our customers and potential customers but you will help us to continue with the fantastic high standard of service we already provide!

You will be based at our head office in Salford where we can offer free parking within walking distance. Don’t drive? We are just minutes away from bus and rail links to all over the Greater Manchester area

Your Aftersales Consultant Role

What you will be doing….

  • Booking cars in for service, MOT and repairs and dealing with customer enquiries
  • You will also be involved in the sale of Service Plans and Extended Warranties
  • Responding to digital enquires from various booking portals
  • Providing an efficient first class customer service

What we need from you:

Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets set

Experience dealing with high volume calls

Confident telephone manner

Confident with computers

Hours of work

37.5 hours per week between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Friday and one Saturday per month between 10am – 2pm
