Apprentice Accounts & Admin Assistant

RRG are recruiting an Apprentice Accounts & Admin Assistant. The role covers our head office at Salford Quays.

Tasks covered in the role:

  • Weekly Deposit Account Reconciliations
  • Sales Ledger including credit control
  • Intercompany Transactions
  • Processing Invoices
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • BACs Runs
  • Processing Ad-hoc Payments
  • Additional tasks required for holiday cover
  • Additional administration to help the team

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is organised, has the ability to work on their own, meet deadlines and use their own initiative.

The role is ideal for someone starting out in their accounting career with full training provided.

Accounts experience is not essential as full on the job training will be provided however competency in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel is essential.

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week – 8.30 am through to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch break.
