Accounts and Admin Support.

An opportunity has arisen at one of our Dealerships for an experienced part time Accounts and Admin Support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of daily banking and posting of ledgers

Bank and control accounts reconciliations
Review and reconcile Debtors and carry out credit control procedures
Input of purchase ledger invoices

Reconciliation of Supplier statements Creditors

Assist the management teams by resolving any accounting queries
Report discrepancies to the relevant departmental manager
Liaise with managers on a regular basis, building strong relationships
Providing cover and support for our Sales Administrator when required.

Provide cover for the Centre Host at lunch times


To be considered for this role you will have accounts department experience, preferably in the motor trade but this is not essential. You must be able to maintain your own workload and prioritise your tasks independently. You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to works as part of a team.

This role is based on 25 hours but dependent of the right candidate.

Selection and interviews will commence the week of 20th September.

Hours - 25 per week

Salary - £9.50 per hour / £12,350 per annum
