Here at The RRG Group we are passionate about supporting our employees through Learning & Development. We offer a wide range of programmes from Sales Inductions through to Management Development Programmes.

Our primary goal within Learning & Development is to put into place a strategy and framework that provides continuous high quality training and development opportunities for everyone across the RRG Group.

Working closely with HR and our preferred external training providers we aim to differentiate ourselves in Learning & Development, so that we can not only attract the right people to work for us, but to develop the talents and expertise of the people who are already on board.

A key part of this framework is the establishment of common training and development opportunities for the whole of the RRG Group across our 26 sites.This includes a wide range of learning opportunities for all employees through a variety of methodologies whether this is through 1-2-1 coaching, career advice, job shadowing, personal development, e-learning or by attending one or more of our many training and development workshops through our dealership partners such as Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Suzuki, Peugeot, Kia and Nissan.

"I started with RRG just doing some hosting in the showroom on a part time basis. Meeting and greeting customers and a few test drives when the team were busy. I did well at it and it got me noticed. RRG operate a Trainee Sales Programme and when it was offered, I jumped at the chance of joining the team. 18mths later and having qualified through my Toyota Academy Bronze Level training, I am now a fully operational Sales Executive and will sell over 130 units in 2015."
