Our Accounts Team are the custodians of the company’s assets and are an essential part of the day-to-day running of the business. Primarily, they work in partnership with the leadership teams to help drive the business forward and deliver all aspects of our internal financial movement.
Starting from accountants team members to market area accountants, there are opportunities to grow and develop continuously with The RRG Group supporting AAT qualification training. We are always supporting our team to better themselves because accounts are such an integral part of our centres’ success.
In the Automotive industry, Marketing has evolved hugely over the past few years and The RRG Group is no different. It is all about staying up to date with the latest trends, product updates and campaigns. It’s an exciting and everchanging field that suits an adaptable and conscientious individual with an analytical mind.
Our Marketing Team maintains an ongoing strategy to stay on top of new initiatives, ahead of the competition and keep in line with the business needs.
The systems team provide a critical support function to the RRG Group ensuring that day to day business operations continue to run smoothly. Primarily responsible for hardware, software and IT equipment this department also looks after the facilities within the group including plumbing, electrics, security and more.
Our Contact Centre speak to hundreds of our customers every day, responsible for making sure that vehicles are booked in for their scheduled MOT and services.
Based in Salford, our Team ensures a seamless process from booking through to visiting the centre, making it as convenient as possible for the customer. Therefore, it is essential that our Contact Centre operatives have strong communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. As well as being target driven to ensure our workshops remain busy.
Digital Response Team
One of the newest departments within The RRG Group, the Digital Response Team speak to our customers every day, responsible for making sure that any enquiries that are generated through digital media channels are responded to efficiently and appropriately.
Based in Salford, the Team ensures a seamless process from initial enquiry through to visiting the centre or completing an online purchase, making it as convenient as possible for the customer. Therefore, it is essential that our Contact Centre operatives have strong communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
