An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Weekend Showroom Host to join our busy Toyota dealership in Bury.
Applicants must be able to provide an efficient customer service and have the confidence to communicate effectively with customers face to face.
The successful applicant should have the ability to use their initiative and work well within a team.
Job Duties include:
- Welcomes visitors by meeting and greeting them,
- Answering or referring inquiries and provide first class customer service at all times.
- Follow procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area, continually stocking up coffee and tea, making drinks for customers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Applicants must be able to provide an efficient customer service and have the confidence to communicate effectively with customers face to face. Professionalism is paramount for this role as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Normal working hours of 13.5 hours per week Saturdays from 09.00am through to 5.00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break, and Sundays from 11.00am through to 5.00pm.
