Toyota MOT

An annual MOT (or Ministry of Transport) test is mandatory on all vehicles over three years old. This provides the minimum standards that your vehicle has to reach in order to be legally roadworthy. At RRG, we like to go one step further or, to be more accurate, 37 steps further.

When we perform an MOT on your Toyota, our Toyota Trained Technicians carry out a much more in-depth 37-point inspection to be certain that there is no cause for concern. This process is tailored to highlight any issues with your Toyota and inform you on the best cause of action, in the event that something shows signs of too much wear. We think it is important to go the extra mile when it comes to ensuring the safety of your vehicle.

Our inspection covers everything from your car's bodywork, doors and mirrors to its fuel system and emissions. We will report on all of that to you, with advice on any corrective action we think needs to be taken.

Another advantage of having us conduct your MOT is that we have years of experience dealing with all Toyota models, young and old, and we know the tell-tale signs to look out for. If we spot any of them, we are best placed to repair and replace components quickly and to the highest possible standard, using only genuine manufacturer parts.

Should your Toyota not pass its MOT test, we will always offer a free retest within seven days of the original. While we carry out your car's MOT, you are more than welcome to relax in our showroom with a free tea or coffee, browse the internet using our free WiFi, or flick through a complimentary newspaper. We want you to feel as well looked after as your car when you visit your local RRG dealership..
